Cancellation/Transfer Policy
All Students:
If you cancel, transfer late, or miss the class, fees per our cancellation policy will be deducted from your deposit/payment, with the balance refunded.
Corporate Billed Students:
To register for the class, a deposit, as agreed upon by your employer, is required. Ensure your account specifies your correct Employer/Affiliation for accurate billing. Post class completion, your deposit will be refunded within 7 days, and the class fee invoiced to your employer. If your employer declines payment, or if you've chosen an unassociated Employer/Affiliation, you'll be liable for the class fee. Your certification may be held until payment is settled.
Cancellation Policy:
Class payment is due 7 days before it begins. If your employer is billed, students must pay the deposit to enroll. See below for deposit details.
