Return and Refund Policy

At Drop Everything CPR, your safety and satisfaction are important to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure a clear and fair return process.
Returns Eligibility:
Due to the nature of first aid and safety products, we are only able to accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
Items showing signs of abuse, or missing components are not eligible for return
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened first aid kits, medical supplies, or refill items.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened or used first aid kits
Medical or safety supplies with broken seals
Refill items or individual components
Digital products or online training materials
Services, including CPR or First Aid training classes
Refunds:
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Orginial shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible through a replacement or refund.

Include your order number, a brief explanation, and photos if applicable. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued and you may place a new order.
