At Drop EverythingCPR, we work hard to ship your order quickly, affordably, and reliably so you have the safety equipment you need when it matters most.

Order Processing Time:

All Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always do our best to communicate our delays.

Shipping Methods:

We ship orders using USPS Ground Advantage, which includes tracking and standard delivery within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

Priority shipping options may be available at checkout when faster delivery is needed.

Shipping Rates:

We offer flat-rate shipping on most first aid kits to keep pricing simple and transparent.

  • Backcountry First Aid Kits: Flat Rate Shipping

  • Vehicle First Aid Kit: Flat Rate Shipping

  • Business First Aid Kits: Shipping may vary

Shipping is displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

FREE shipping is available on orders over $100

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Shipping Locations:

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery times are subject ot the carrier’s service standard. If your package appears delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Drop Everything CPR is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Local Pickup:

Local pickup may be available around Eastern Idaho by request. Please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm availability and arrangements.
